Never released and probably the rarest CD of Whitney Houston, live in Brunei on the 25th of April 1995.Performed secretly in front of only 300 people in a small room to celebrate princess Hamidahs 18th birthday, April 26th .
The music sound almost acoustic which gives that studio recording feeling.
This concert is famous due her time consuming drugs. Her real life bodyguard (David Roberts) mentioned in a documentary that she flew in Brunei for a private event and couldn’t sing a note and remember words.
In the Song ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’ she forgets most of the lyric from the second verses.
Yet she manages to beautifully sing ‘I have Nothing’ & ‘I will Always Love You’. She also makes a few jokes and says that her husband isn’t here tonight in a flirtatious way.
The recording is beautiful mastered to the highest quality on a Master CD.
