Folded black-and-white sleeve in a celluloid-plastic bag (somewhat opaque and becoming brittle with age).
This is the second black-and-white sleeve, with many elements cut-and-pasted from the earlier sleeve for Gin.
• Artist shown as "WILLIE Loco ALEXANDER" with grey underlines
• "Gin" appears diagonally (and illegibly) in the upper right corner.
• Back sleeve has a tripled photo of Willie at a piano at left.
* All photos are high-contrast and un-screened; grey backgrounds are coarsely screened (with LetraSet™).
• The original credits list has been cut apart to change the photo credit, from Bill Taylor to James Dyrek, and to remove the typesetting credit for Susan Cunha.
(The first black-and-white version has a standard glued sleeve with cleaner text and graphics and "Gin" slanted upward.)

Disk runouts and labels are identical for all versions.
