A5, D5: "Outtakes" (questionable - sounds like the official versions)
B3: Seattle, 10 June 1976
B4: Unknown live recording, 1972 (can't be "England Tour, 1973", since the song wasn't played in 1973)
B5, D3, D4, F4: Chicago, 2 June 1976
C2, F3: Unknown concert, 1976
C3, E6, F5: San Diego, 16 June 1976
D2, E2-E4: Melbourne, Australia, 13 November 1975

At least some of the spoken word segments come from a japanese radio special in summer 1976.

According to most sources, C2 and F3 come from Boston, 22 May 1976, but it's definitely a different concert, if you compare the spoken intros.
