The title and sleeve of this album are of course a joke, since the 1980 Japan tour never happened, due to McCartney's marijuana arrest in Tokyo. The cover was made to look like a japanese release with OBI strip and japanese sleeve notes, there is a clue, however - on the back cover is a photo of McCartney in handcuffs at the Tokyo airport!This was actually recorded live in England.
