First pressing 1978 record, second issue black and orange sleeve made by the band for a tour in 1979.
According to interviews only 50 to 60 copies were made.
In fact there are nothing to differentiate the sides.
It should be noted that the cover sleeve is not the same dimensions as usual, and as such, is about an inch short on the right side.
