The back cover erroneously list tracks 1-13 of CD1 as being recorded at the Electric Ballroom, tracks 14-20 at Notre Dame Hall and track 21 in Montreux, likely as a result of copying the track listing from the original album, which has 'And Then...' and 'Coda' as separate tracks. Track 2-4 is misspelled and should read 'Catapult 30'.
