Side A features a remastered version of Wisdom In Chains' debut self titled album and Side B is a mixture of the band's most requested songs (around the time of this release) recorded live during the Spring of 2009.

Track A11 is not listed on the track listing and is only referred to on the insert as "the bonus track".
