A2 mistitled as "Blockheads"
B5 mistitled as "Fanfare"

"Recorded live on site at Mabuhay, San Francisco except for tracks 1&2 Cleveland, Ohio and track 10 [=B5], Akron, Ohio"

Announced in NEW MUSICAL EXPRESS magazine (17 June 1978, page 19), as to be "released about now" and to be sold "at about 4 quid a shot".
