Original issue, reissued in 1999 from Germany with alternate artwork (this one misses the real track #1 listing on the back artwork but it is there & skips the numeral #2 also on the artwork). Tracklisting on Discogs is correct.
On artwork Track 16 says: Garden Of Earthly Delight, although it also has "Pink Thing" first.

The actual radio station was WFNX - Boston Phoenix Radio 101.7 FM, not WFXX as stated on the release. The radio station was in operation from February 1983 to May 2012. The 47 year long running local weekly news/arts/entertainment newspaper/magazine for which it was named, ceased publication in March 2013.
