First 1.000 copies came with a fold out poster and sticker on the front cover: "Contém Poster Gigante" (contains giant poster).
Another 1.000 copies came without the sticker and without the poster.

Lacquer cutting credit attributed based on "FCortez" stylized signatures in the runouts.
On the runouts the number 2 is scratched out (check photos).
