This 5" record, which was limited to a mere 39 copies (some sources say 40 were made, but it's numbered out of 39, so...), was released quite a couple of years prior to the version on Institut Für Mentale Hygiene (which in fact was a re-issue). This original one was cut by Peter King Record Manufacturing (nowadays known as King Worldwide) from New Zealand on clear polycarbonate records without center labels. It comes hand-numbered out of 39 (in silver, using a paint-marker) on the inside of a DIY-style sleeve, has a printed inner-sleeve and also includes some sort of faux-collector-card for Deep.

According to what Yacøpsæ wrote in their liner-notes this was released by Dhyana Records (run by Bernd Spring of Deep) and Peter King Records, however the release is not mentioned on Dhyana Records' website (at least not as of yet) neither does it have any catalog-numbers.
