Plus info insert, postcard insert and 7" sized sticker sheet.

The info sheet states that the records were pressed in Australia, without stating which company was employed. The information sheet also states that aside from the vinyl itself, the rest of the contents were made in Japan.


Unlike the original singles, these have small centre holes.
