Yukko's final single. It was written by Seiko Matsuda with music by Ryuichi Sakamoto Ryuichi. It would be her first (and, sadly, last) #1 hit. It was used as a campaign song for Kanebo Cosmetics, which helped it reach the #1 position on charts.
Its B-side, 恋のエチュード ("Koi no Étude") would be out-of-print for years until included on 2002's "ALL SONGS REQUEST". It would re-appear later that year as a bonus track on 贈りものIII CD/DVD BOX ("Okurimono III")'s remaster of ヴィーナス誕生 ("Venus Tanjou").
