A four disc compilation of all of the soundtracks from the Bare Knuckle / Streets of Rage games that was made to commemorate the release of the Bare Knuckle / Streets of Rage Vintage Collection on Xbox Live Arcade.

This compilation includes the Mega Drive / Genesis versions of the Bare Knuckle / Streets of Rage soundtracks digitally remastered. It also includes the soundtracks of the Game Gear ports of the first two games in the series, as well as a DJ set performed by Yuzo Koshiro at Game Music Club Event "Legend" in Tokyo, Japan on May 4, 2002.

The soundtracks for the Mega Drive versions of the Bare Knuckle games were recorded from an actual Mega Drive and the soundtracks for the Game Gear versions of the Bare Knuckle games were recorded from an actual Game Gear.

Tracks 2-19 and 3-18 have "Mr. X" printed as "Mr.X"
Track 3-22 is titled as "BGM III(Bad Ending)"
Track 3-16 is misspelled as "Sinobi Reverse"
Track 1-8 uses a curly apostrophe, while track 2-30 uses a vertical apostrophe.

The total runtime for disc 4 is 42:33

On the actual discs, the names of the consoles each soundtrack was taken from are changed to the English initials.
