An EP containing two separate recordings of the song "The end of days", written and recorded by Zachary Eledin. The first of these was recorded on September 9, 2022 and was created for the "Barriers" series of albums by Billy Hill & The Optimists, being used as the finale to the album series.
The second track is a different recording of the song, recorded on April 29, 2023 with the use of a midi cable and digital instruments in contrast to the original which was recorded on a real piano. This second recording was transformed into an ambient piece by Billy Hill & The Optimists which appears on "The stars are out tonight" in the song "The fallen angel".
