This is the very first release by Zonophone.
This CD was produced in very small quantities for promotional use.
It is estimated that 10-15 copies were produced.
The track was never subsquently released, so this CD is the only format were the track can be found.

The tracks was meant as a reflection on the policies of the the George W. Bush administration following 9/11.
The CD features an extravagant booklet with translucide pages featuring sampled excerpts from political speeches heard on the track, printed as an overlay to the booklet images.
