Released in a black metal box with the following content:

The CD is housed in a 6-panel Digipak with a transparent tray on the middle panel and die-cut slots for the booklet and poster on the left and right inner panels. Includes a 24-page booklet with lyrics and a 24-page fold-out poster (4 x 3 pages).
