Mispress of the first pressing on one orange and one black vinyl, instead of both on black.

The plant initially misunderstood the directions for the first pressing and the box set, and thus made copies of the single album black/black pressing with the colours orange/black. The mistake was caught and the mispressed records were not put on sale. The same mistake was subsequently not repeated with the 'Bath' album due to newly explained directions. Less than five copies were released by the label.

This was communicated in email with the label in 2012: "At the moment, there's only 3 floating out there, but I'm trying to get at least 1 back."
