mrSimon's 2005 album 'No Tech', combined several failed efforts from between 2003-05 to create a debut album, including the work in progress 'You dont suck' LP.

Although a few tracks such as 'Come and Gone' and 'Frustration Unusual' were created during mrSimon's years in sixth form collage, the majority of the album was created during his first year in university, where he began to dive deeper into music creation.

'No Tech' was originally released as a new album to launch alongside his personal website, to serve as a collection of library work whilst he produced the 'Your Mums Face' series in 2005. Today, it serves as mrSimon's second album in his discography.
