The title is transliterated on the front cover as "2014 live: 'wakare wo oshimu furi wa anata no tame'". The Japanese version appears on the back of the slipcase and on the disc itself.

All tracks recorded at the Kyoto Theater live on May 6, 2014.
Track 1 "aftermath" contains "destrudo" as introduction. No performance credits on release.
