Stormy Forest

Stormy Forest was the record label created and owned by Richie Havens. Between 1970 and 1974, Havens placed six Stormy Forest albums on the national charts, including Alarm Clock, which went to #29 on the US album charts. Other artists for the label included Bob Brown, singer Kathy Smith, Kris Peterson, Bruce Murdoch, Tom Brimm, and Montreal. Stormy Forest was first distributed by MGM Records, then for the final album release in 1974 by Polydor Records. Nowadays Stormy Forest is the official online store for Richie Havens merchandise.
