Formed in Turin in 1956. The company started releasing records on the Italia Canta label.
In 1963 the record label changed its name to DNG (2) (acronym of the initials of the three bosses Dolino, Nahum e Gillio) for to return with some new releases in 1969
Subsequently the label has been called C.E.D.I. or Cedi (2).
