Walkthrufyre (Label)

Walkthrufyre Records was a Chicago, Illinois-based hardcore punk and heavy metal label started in 1986 by Vin Newman and Lou Gerard, a pair of businessmen who had previously worked in the distribution end of the record industry. The label folded at the end of the decade. Screeching Weasel penned an unflattering-tribute to the label call "Professional Distribution", which appeared on their 1988 LP, "Boogadaboogadaboogada".
