Rephlex was an independent label founded in 1991 by Richard D. James and Grant Wilson-Claridge. It started in Cornwall and later moved to London. Rephlex closed in 2014.
Catalog number Rephlex Shop 1 is an envelope with release sticker, catalog number, and Rephlex stamp on backside from 1997.
