Sony Music Entertainment Oy (Label)

Finnish record company, formerly known as CBS Records Oy, renamed to Sony Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy on December 31, 1990. Merged with BMG Finland Oy on October 1, 2005 to form Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy. In 2008 Sony bought BMG, and the company was renamed to Sony Music Entertainment Finland Oy in January 2009. Before the new company name was taken to use, the old name Sony Music Entertainment (Finland) Oy was briefly used for a short period of time.
