1950s label from New York City, a subsidiary of Sammy Kaye-Jack Philbin Enterprises.

The label was set up for cutting discs on artists from Sammy Kayes ABC-TV show but also added other artists and writers in an attempt to expand.
Frank Abramson who was head of Kaye's publishing firms ran the label together with A&R chief Bugs Bower.
Beginning with release #104 the label was distributed by London Records, Inc..
