Superfly Presents was founded in 1996 as an event and concert promotion company in New Orleans by Kerry Black, Rick Farman, Rich Goodstone and Jonathan Mayers. They produce and co-created Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival and previously owned and produced the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.
