Record company established in January 1965, when Arne Bendiksen acquired 80% of the shares in Egil Monn Iversen A/S, and the last 20% still being owned by Oddvar Sanne. The company name was changed to Arne Bendiksen A/S. They kept releasing their records on Triola, as well as operating as a publishing company and a distribution company for other labels. In 1983 the company went bankrupt, after being the victim of a financial scam. Arne Bendiksen then established Arne Bendiksen Records AS.
