Edel Records Finland Oy
Former Finnish record company and distributor trading as Edel Records Finland or Edel Finland, formerly K-Tel International (Finland) Oy, merged with Playground Music Finland and Oy Bonnier Amigo Music Finland Ab to form Playground Music BAM Oy in 2010. It was renamed to Playground Music Oy in September 2011.
In February 2010, Cosmos Music Group (the former Bonnier Amigo Music Group) and Playground Music Scandinavia together acquired 100% of Edel Records Finland from Edel Gmbh. They established a new Finnish operation - then called Playground Music Bam Oy - which is owned by the two companies with a 50% stake each.
The new owner Playground sold the Finnish catalog of Edel to the newly activated AXR, now called AXR Music Oy.
