Nitty Gritty Records

South African label founded in the early of 1970s by presenter/DJ/radio personality David Gresham.
Their first release was Jessica Jones' "Baby, I love you", with the second, "Sunday Monday Tuesday" being produced by a then-unknown Mutt Lange. Other artists in the stable included Sam Evans, The Idiots, McCully Workshop, and Stingray.
In 1984 the label was renamed to David Gresham Records.
