PRO STATE digital recordings is a dance music label designed to deliver a range of fresh and unique tech/trance sounds with in the dance music industry. It was founded by DJ H2O a.k.a Matt Watering a Plymouth based DJ/Producer. He decided to deliver his own sound and in effect his own diverse label.
