Tabernacle Records
Tabernacle Records was a gospel label founded by Clement "Coxsone" Dodd in the 1960s, issuing local Jamaican gospel recordings. In addition to several church groups and dedicated religious artists, many of the Studio One roster also recorded songs for this label, including Freddie McGregor, Ernest Wilson, Ken Parker, Roy & Enid, and even The Wailers. Its last new release came out in 2010.
The Tabernacle name and logo was also used for a British label under the B&C Music umbrella, which issued many of the same Coxsone Dodd productions along with some from Sonia Pottinger and Sonny Roberts.
