Wama Member
The Washington Area Music Association, based in Washington, D.C., was a non-profit organization offering professional development services, networking opportunities and elements such as assistance in obtaining barcodes for recordings and production of live events. It organized the Washington Area Music Awards ("The Wammies") and released and promoted recordings from various member artists. Active 1985 to 2017.
