All releases are reissues of older bootlegs as existing stampers were used. Issued with a plain white sleeve, a insert sheet as front sleeve and back sleeve is rubber-stamped, stating "Limited Edition 100 Copies Only".
Actually pressing ranged from less than 50 copies until nearly 1000 copies as stampers were used until they broke.
