Static Plastic was launched by Christos Katsaitis and Petro Stathoussis as a sister label to Phat Kat Records CC in 2000 and registered as a sole proprietor in 2004.
Its purpose is to develop, promote, and market local artists on a global stage via outlets such as AFROdesiaMP3, Traxsource, DJ Download, Juno Download, and so forth.
The studio also offers mastering, mixing, recording, and various other specialised services.
