I.A.D.- Industrie Africaine Du Disque

State label, distributor, recording studio and pressing plant based in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, founded in 1983 as successor to SOCODI. It was ransacked during repeated coups that affected the Congolese capital Brazzaville in the 1990s; the civil war of June 1997 meant the end of the company. The Benin artist Nel Oliver was one of its first technicians.
