Wu-Tal
Wu-Tal was a German Monthly hip-hop party series, founded in 1997 and held at the Pavillion in Wuppertal, North Rhine-Westphalia, the Federal Republic of Germany, organized by DJ's Cream, Lucky and Maz.
The event was held every first Friday of the Month and would be hosted by different German hip-hop acts over the years. The Wu-Tal collective also released a slew of mixtapes to help promote the series. Wu-Tal would later evolve into a record label and distribution company, working closely with affiliated Groove Attack Distribution.
It is worth mentioning, that RAG and Underground Source co-hosted the 6th edition of Wu-Tal, on September 4th, 1998, when the party also served as the official release party for both "Untertage" and the "Deallirium e.p." albums.
