Record label which began during January 1999 (see URA-001, 'I See A Darkness'). Initially based in Cronulla, New South Wales, Australia before relocating to Thirroul (north of Wollongong).
- 1999 to 2002: associated with Fiido / Festival Mushroom Records / Festival Records Pty. Ltd.
- 2002 to 2006: associated with Inertia / Inertia Distribution Pty. Ltd.
- 2006 to 2012: associated with EMI / EMI Music Australia Pty. Limited.
- 2012: associated with Cooperative Music.
