UK label, founded 1983 by former Stiff Records representative Andy MacDonald and Lesley Symons.
In 1996 PolyGram acquired a majority stake in the label leading to the resignation of MacDonald. The label folded not too long afterwards but was revived.
Ferdy Unger-Hamilton was A&R Manager.
