DIG Mag
Established in 2018, DIG magazine was a quarterly publication produced by Martin Lovegrove celebrating the ‘musical discoveries of delightful diggers’. Each issue invited a dozen or so music obsessives to wax lyrical about a particular piece of music they had found during their years of collecting.
The first 13 issues were CD-sized magazines housed in a transparent sleeve with a ‘record crate’ style sticker on the front, and was accompanied with a complimentary online mix of all the tracks featured to listen along whilst you read.
In 2022, the magazine was redesigned to a larger format, printed on newsprint. Issue 15 - the final one - was made available in early 2024.
The label was launched in 2019, to coincide with issue 5 and the first DIG Deeper focused on hip hop.
