Badejo's Sound Studios
Nigerian record label.
Owner of the label was Emmanuel Badejo Okusanya born in 1912 in Imodi Imosan, Odogbolu, Ogun (Nigeria).
Was probably the first indigenous owner of a record company in Nigeria. Together with his cousin, Saka Olasumbo (later founder of Zareco Records), he invited Phillips Records from Holland to do business in Nigeria. He became director of Phillips Records then left the company to pioneer the indigenous record label Badejo's Sounds Studios.
He was also the first president of the Nigeria Recording Association.
