Zanja Records (Label)

Record Label from Spain. The label specializes in Latin Music recorded in Cuba. Label Founder is Alex Gonzalez a well known Record Collector of Latin Music based in New York. Producer is Michael Delanian based on London and known from the days of Gallon Drunk. Head Sound Engineer is Jose Luis Crespo from Spain who has worked with Abbey Road, the London Philharmonic and Pedro Almodovar. Also part of the Sound Engineering team is Alex Guerra base in New York who has build most of the most important music recording studios in the New York area in the last 20 years. Photographer is recognized Cuban Documentalist Roberto Chile. The Acoustic Engineer is Enrique Fernandez an icon in the sound engineering in Cuba All recordings in the first phase were done at Areito Studio 101 in Centro Havana. Name of the label comes from the Street where the project started.
