Form & Function
German label formed in the late nineties under Rough Trade Records GmbH. In July 1999, Rough Trade Germany GmbH became Zomba Records GmbH and Form & Function moved along with the new branding.
In 2002, BMG purchased the entire Zomba Group and Zomba Records GmbH was integrated into the German BMG office. Form & Function largely disappeared after that.
