Independent label created by the Sakifo Musik Festival team in 2004, the same year the first edition took place under the initiative of Jérôme Galabert in Saint-Pierre, Reunion Island. Sakifo aims in promoting Reunion Island and Indian Ocean music, and furthermore artists from around the world.
