Tennen-sozai spun off from FLAT Software (developers of the original eXceed Gun Bullet Children) as a new brand focused on shooting games. Tennen-sozai created eXceed2nd – Vampire REX and the latest installment in the eXceed series, eXceed 3rd – Jade Penetrate, which became popular among Japanese gamers and the flagship title for the brand.
