Vacuum Tube Logic of America, Inc.
VTL is an American manufacturer of high-end tube amplifiers and microphones founded in 1987 (initially based in Rhode Island and with roots in England, also under the VTL brand) founded by David Manley and his eldest son, Luke. In ca. 1989 it spawned the Vital Records label and MANLEY Lab.
As of early 1993 the VTL company is run by Luke Manley.
