Short-lived label set up in the late '70s by Pennsylvanian record collector Billy Synth to release his favourite '60s garage punk /psych tracks on a series called Psychedelic Unknowns.
After vol.3 subsequent entries in the series (which ran to 11 volumes) appeared on a variety of other labels (for instance Syn-Sity, Starglow-Neon, Dayglow-Freon and Scrap Records).
