Music and artist management company based in Berlin, Germany. Founded 2003 by Konrad Sommermeyer, CEO. Together with Universal Music Publishing GmbH, Guerilla Entertainment GmbH founded the publishing company Edition Ace Magnets in 2008. 2014 they founded a second publisher Edition Guerilla Entertainment also administered by Universal Music Publishing GmbH.
