Invisible Agent was envisioned by Warren Daly and Donard McCabe at the turn of the millennium. Following this we created www.invisibleagent.com
The website was originally started as a NetLabel platform to promote upcoming electronic artists, and has gone on to become the main hub of the record label, vinyl sales, offering podcasts, and detailed information on releases, Invisible Agent artists, and reviews.
We’re proud to have been involved in the European music scene for so long, and are thrilled to be taking our artists to a wider and wider audience every year. With a worldwide digital footprint and a new HQ based in South East Asia we’re taking things to a whole new level.
Invisible Agent Records released it’s first 12″ vinyl in January 2004, and since then have gone on to release vinyl from well known dance floor hit-makers such as Ikeaboy and Decal. We concentrate on releasing high quality music and revolve around Ambient, Electro, Electronica, Techno and Breakbeat genres. However we are not confined to these genres and you will find many of our releases are hard to categorize. Keep your eyes peeled for more killer releases in shops and for sale through the Invisible Agent website.
With the gradual decline in popularity of CD’s, Invisible Agent have really pushed themselves into the new age of digital downloads and are available on a huge range of digital download stores. Whether you use iTunes, eMusic, Juno, or any of the other countless digital download stores, just do a search for Invisible Agent and you’ll find our catalogue.
With the launch of this website, we also have been offering high quality free music downloads in the Net EP format and in recent years we’ve also started a podcast which we like to call “AgentCasts“, giving you a wide range of music to check out without having to dip into your pocket.
We’d like to offer our heartfelt thanks to all the people who listen to and buy our music, to the punters who paid into our gigs, and not least the artists who give us the content to release. You are why we exist.
