Label set-up by Adrian Sherwood and Chris Garland with support from Geoff Travis at Rough Trade.
While it launched with intentions to release material by Prince Far I, Medium Medium, Dead Airmen, and Suns Of Arqa, in the end only one album was released, and the partnership was dissolved when Garland left the UK.
Sherwood then went on to form On-U Sound.
